Our janitors and supervisors are uniformed
and all are with WDA’s Qualifications, in
compliance with the cleaning licensing Act.
ENERGY CONSERVATION
We shall ensure that only the necessary
amount of water and electricity are
consumed for our works.
SECURITY & SAFETY
Before entering / leaving the premises,
our staff can be screened by your security
personnel. Full compliance to safety
requirement imposed by WSH.
SUPERVISION OF WORK
We welcome periodic joint inspection with
you or your staff to ascertain the standard
of work provided by us.
ASSIGNMENT & SUB-CONTRACTING
We shall not assign or sub-contract any part
of our work without prior written consent
from your Company
